Location : 5830 Femrite Drive, Madison, WI

Shift : Mon–Fri, 4 : 00 PM–12 : 30 AM (2nd Shift, onsite)

Overview

The State of Wisconsin seeks a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide onsite IT support in a 24x7x365 environment. This role assists state employees and citizens with basic technical issues, access needs, and application support.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and in person

Assist with passwords, network access, and basic troubleshooting

Document and track incidents; identify trends

Follow established procedures and escalate when needed

Support State of Wisconsin applications and user access

Required Skills

6+ months of customer service

6+ months of basic IT troubleshooting

6+ months of call center / help desk experience

Nice to Have

Prior IT call center experience

Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $15 and $20. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
