[job_card.job_description]Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience : 3+ years in BI development and data analytics, including : Report and dashboard design for enterprise-scale systems. Strong background in data warehouse architecture and data modeling (relational and dimensional). Hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI stack , especially Power BI . Expertise in SQL and complex query optimization. Proficiency with ETL tools and data pipeline design - experience with AWS Glue , AWS DMS , or similar tools preferred. Knowledge of databases such as MySQL , SQL Server , Redshift , or Aurora . Scripting experience (Python preferred). Familiarity with Tableau , Informatica , or Amazon QuickSight . Experience in performance tuning for BI queries and reports. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. BI certifications are desirable - preferably in Power BI or Tableau .

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior BI Report Developer to join our data team and drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful data solutions that enable insights and decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
- Convert and modernize legacy reports into new BI platforms.
- Ensure report performance, accuracy, and availability for both internal and external users.
- Implement best practices for configuration management, change control, and data governance.
- Provide user training and support for ad-hoc reporting.
- Mentor team members and share technical expertise.
- Develop and monitor ETL jobs to maintain and enhance the enterprise data warehouse.
- Ensure data security through proper access control and protection measures.
