Automotive Service Technician - Team LEAD

Capital Volkswagen Volvo is expanding!  As we prepare to open our new flagship facility, we’re  seeking a Lead Audi Service Technician  who will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance, reputation, and future of the Audi brand in our market.

As our Lead Audi Technician, you will serve as the technical authority and set the standard for excellence in our Audi service operations.

You’ll be instrumental in building our Audi presence from the ground up, mentoring technicians, ensuring brand integrity, and delivering an unmatched service experience to our growing customer base.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Audi vehicles using manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
• Serve as a technical mentor to other certified technicians and apprentices.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure efficient workflow and top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Audi’s commitment to precision, innovation, and excellence in every repair and interaction.
