ABOUT THIS DIRECTOR OF SALES POSITION

This management role typically works full-time during regular business hours.

Your day as the Director of Sales begins with a team meeting, where you lead discussions on strategy and progress toward occupancy goals. Throughout the day, you connect with referral partners, give facility tours, and foster relationships with the community. As a leader, you mentor your team, guiding them with your expertise in sales to elevate their skills and meet targets. Your expert communication keeps everyone aligned and engaged, driving the facility's growth and reputation forward.
