The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $40,400-$52,500 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead cycle counts, investigate inventory variances, and ensure accurate accounting across departments.
• Monitor inventory movements, analyze accuracy metrics, and recommend system / process improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and optimize transaction codes in Movex for efficiency.
• Audit receiving / shipping processes and ensure compliance with documented procedures.
• Resolve negative balances and BOM issues; ensure proper substitution documentation.
• Support manufacturing variance analysis and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Assist with annual physical inventory planning and execution.
• Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Uphold quality standards, company values, and policy compliance.
• Continuously develop technical skills and complete other duties as assigned.
