Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in people operations or HR leadership roles
Experience scaling teams in professional services or technology-driven organizations
Strong knowledge of government contracting environments and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
Experience in remote-first and multi-state employment environments
