A company is looking for a Compliance and Ethics Counsel to support its Workplace Investigations team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace conduct policies
Review documentation and evidence, develop investigation strategies, and interview employees
Draft comprehensive reports and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in workplace investigations, employment law, or related areas
Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Experience in private practice or public sector environments is acceptable
Ability to conduct interviews independently with minimal oversight
High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
