Your impact: handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency assist customers with policy details, claims inquiries, and billing or premium-related questions review policy coverage to determine eligibility and respond appropriately compare policy information and clarify misunderstandings to ensure accurate communication provide information on insurance products, process coverage requests, and manage account cancellations support customers with complaint resolution while maintaining a high level of service
successful candidates will have: high school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely proficiency in microsoft word and excel
