Benefits Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to join our team in central Columbus, OH. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of employee benefits administration, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance. Responsibilities :

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate COBRA processes to ensure compliance with regulations and timely communication with eligible participants.
• Facilitate leave of absence requests, providing guidance and support to employees throughout the process.
• Oversee open enrollment activities, including communication, planning, and execution.
• Analyze and resolve benefits-related inquiries and issues from employees.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits processes and systems.
• Act as a resource for employees, providing education on available benefits and assisting with decision-making.
