Job Title : Senior UI / UX Designer (Figma, React, GA4, CMS, WCAG 5+ yrs exp)

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid -Local Candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and content teams to gather and translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered UI / UX designs and functional deliverables.
  • Participate proactively in team discussions, providing regular progress updates and insight.
  • Lead end-to-end design alignment, ensuring seamless integration with related functional and technical areas.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership-supporting content, requirement interpretation, and design clarification as needed.
  • Convert design concepts into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces aligned with project goals.
  • Work closely with technical leads to ensure design feasibility and adherence to technical constraints.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers or team members.
  • Work with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
  • Implement and maintain analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to track user behavior.
  • Analyze user performance metrics (bounce rates, funnels, session times) to support UX enhancements.
  • Create periodic analytics reports to improve engagement, conversion, speed, accessibility, and SEO performance.
  • Generate insights from analytics that drive measurable UX or business outcomes.
  • Conduct A / B testing to validate and optimize design and content decisions.

  • Demonstrate proactive engagement and accountability in all coordination activities.
  • Provide clear, timely updates on tasks, progress, and dependencies.
  • Resolve design-related issues independently when possible.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to team success.

    • Mandatory Qualifications

  • Strong experience in UI / UX design with a portfolio reflecting user-centered design skills.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, version control, data visualization, and dashboarding.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Canva, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as GitHub.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing advanced tracking and analytics strategies (GA4, Tag Manager, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Experience conducting A / B testing for UX and content optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and user engagement improvement strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
