Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive, label, store, and ship samples; manage sample disposition and hazardous waste.
  • Execute product and equipment testing as per protocols, methods, and schedules.
  • Analyze test data using Excel, JMP, and Minitab; prepare draft reports and support report reviews.
  • Maintain lab supplies, ensure lab cleanliness, and organize storage areas.
  • Follow SOPs, quality systems, and documentation requirements.
  • Report and assist with investigations of quality events such as OOS results and deviations.
  • Support creation and maintenance of test protocols, reports, and equipment logs under supervision.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate effectively and contribute to process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in laboratory services, medical devices, pharma, IVD, or related engineering / science environments.
  • Prior laboratory experience is mandatory (academic lab / internship / CO-OP is acceptable).
  • Experience with test execution, documentation, and data handling is preferred.

    • Skills & Certifications

  • Hands-on laboratory skills and understanding of testing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (JMP / Minitab).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with GLP, cGMP, ISO, and ASTM standards (preferred).

    • Eligibilities & qualifications

  • Associate's degree in an engineering or science-related field required.
  • Applicants must have demonstrated prior lab experience (internship, project, or CO-OP).
  • Ability to work in a structured laboratory environment and follow quality systems.
