Directory Data & Content Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Directory Data & Content Analyst to support a large-scale initiative to audit, update, and maintain third-party directory listings for our global network of FBO locations. This role combines hands-on data entry with critical thinking to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to execute updates, validate content, and help establish a sustainable maintenance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit existing listings across multiple external directories such as AirNav, ForeFlight, AC-U-Kwik, GlobalAir, Google Business Profiles, and more.
- Compare directory data against internal master records to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency.
- Perform accurate data entry and updates across platforms using approved content.
- Validate live updates and maintain documentation in project tracking tools such as Monday.com.
- Flag anomalies, missing fields, or inconsistencies and escalate for resolution.
- Provide insights on gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve directory visibility and user experience.
- Assist in creating and refining templates for directory updates, including field requirements and examples.
- Support development of a recurring maintenance model and governance process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to accelerate audit and update cycles.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content validation.Ability to think critically and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or potential improvements.Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com preferredExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across teamsExperience in marketing operations, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), or data management is a plus.Ideal Candidate Profile
