Lead field operations on a large healthcare project (Wake Forest Baptist Institute)

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Collaborate with project management to resolve issues proactively

Maintain timelines and budgets for projects over $25M

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience in the construction field, preferably within the Business Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical documentation.

Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 145,000 annually.
