Robert Half is actively searching for an Entry Level Accountant for a role. Your duties in this position will include entering data, reviewing financial statements, and creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets. You will report to the Accounting Manager, be a vital member of a dynamic team, and have the potential for career growth. Assisting with full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

Prepare journal entries monthly

Aiding in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits

Researching and rectifying account discrepancies

Reconciling and leveling general ledger accounts

Enter data

Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned

Requirements

Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business suggested

High-level understanding of Microsoft Excel is preferred

Exposure to ERP system (QuickBooks, Great Plains, etc.) highly desired

General knowledge of accounts payable & receivable
