[job_card.job_description]Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and authorizations of individuals entering or exiting the premises. Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting site personnel and visitors in accordance with site-specific policies. Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents observed within the chemical or petrochemical environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential hazards. Document and communicate security-related incidents or irregularities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and site management. Support emergency response activities as needed, following location-specific protocols and training. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

As an Allied Universal Security Professional, you will play a key role in access control at a chemical and petrochemical location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.
