We have an opportunity for an experienced, relationship-driven professional to join a well-established, independently owned Texas bank within its Private Banking division.
This role is ideal for a seasoned private banker who operates with a high degree of autonomy and is motivated by building deep, long-term relationships with high-net-worth professionals and executives. You’ll represent a stable, profitable institution that values collaboration across business lines while focusing on full-relationship growth, profitability, and exceptional client experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-value private banking clients
- Develop new full banking relationships through proactive business development and community involvement
- Grow deposits and address lending needs across consumer, mortgage, and commercial real estate
- Analyze credit requests by evaluating financial statements, industry trends, management strength, and risk
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of loan documentation and supporting materials
- Maintain regular contact with clients to assess evolving needs and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Private Bank Relationship Managers, commercial lenders, and wealth management partners
- Participate in loan committee meetings, marketing initiatives, and community organizations
- Resolve client concerns promptly while delivering a coordinated, consistent service experience
- Support broader transformation and growth initiatives aligned with strategic and budgetary goals
QUALIFICATIONS
