A company is looking for a Representative I - Pharmacy Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to members and prescribers regarding disease states and medication refills through outbound and inbound calls
Educate members on the program's value, assist with medication ordering, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support requests received via fax and may cross-train for other clinical services based on business needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Basic alpha-numeric data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Intermediate math skills are required
High School diploma or GED
