The Care Team Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to make Tuck-In Calls to our patients and families. These friendly check-in calls help ensure patients have everything they need for the weekend—supplies, medications, and peace of mind.

No medical experience required—just a caring voice and a one hour a week. Training and ongoing support are provided.
