As the first national smart space installation and services company were growing fast and are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions across branches while supporting our continued growth and operational excellence.

As a Staff Accountant you will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of general ledger accounting and financial operations. You will work closely with our branch teams and leadership to ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance in all accounting functions. While the role is remote we require candidates to work East Coast hours and be open to travel within the East Coast (up to 20%) for branch support.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage accounts receivable (customer deposits invoicing collections)
• Oversee accounts payable vendor payables and expense tracking
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Utilize both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite systems for day-to-day operations
• Assist with special projects as entities combine and systems / processes evolve
