Requirements : 5+ Years of Public Accounting External Audit Experience

A highly respected CPA firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead complex engagements and provide strategic tax guidance to a diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals in a collaborative environment that values expertise and client service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and review tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services.
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value.
• Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide best practices.
