Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract position with a client located in Houston, TX. This role requires 10+ years of program / project management experience in software, solutions, and services development, including complex, multi‑workstream delivery across cross‑functional teams. The Sr. Program Manager will lead major solution launches, platform enablement programs, and drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, product, CX, marketing, and partner teams.
Pay Rate : $51.86 / hr W2
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plays a leadership role in driving the business program management function.
- Sets solution / service launch strategies and business objectives; leads implementation details and defines / tracks KPIs.
- Leads cross‑functional teams through Agile processes including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Assesses risks / dependencies for new features and product requirements; defines mitigation strategies.
- Strategically partners with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and align execution.
- Collaborates across multiple workstreams to drive program objectives and exceed market needs.
- Leads initiatives from new business opportunities to solution development, subscription & payment platform enablement, partner programs, and customer experience improvements.
- Delivers monetization ecosystems, ad platforms, streaming media platforms, SaaS subscription services, and consumer‑facing solutions.
- Advises stakeholders on program execution strategy across the full lifecycle.
- Tracks and reports key metrics to drive product development decisions and communicates progress to senior leadership.
- Supports product management with competitive market analysis, customer pain point identification, and improvement recommendations.
- Builds strong relationships with key partners and manages day‑to‑day engagement tied to deliverables.
- Collaborates with internal / external teams to execute cohesive implementation and go‑to‑market launch plans.
- Works closely with legal, product, operations, marketing, and engineering to optimize partnership integrations.
- Demonstrates process improvement and delivers cross‑functional program execution for large-scale initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).10+ years of project / program management in software, solutions, or services development.Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams with complex dependencies.Strong knowledge of the software / solution development lifecycle (SDLC).Experience collaborating with CX, QA, Customer Assurance, Support, Solution Marketing, and Product Design teams.Deep understanding of 3rd‑party solution business models & monetization frameworks : media platforms, streaming, content management, eCommerce, subscription, payment gateways, SaaS.Proven success leading multi‑million‑dollar programs from new product development to platform enablement.Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and diverse stakeholder interests.Strong PM organizational skills for managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal capabilities.Strategic thinker capable of analyzing complex ecosystems and building actionable plans.Innovative problem solver delivering solutions within established policies.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.Ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience strategy.Collaborative team player, adaptable, and strong problem‑solving skills.Extensive experience leading cross‑functional teams from project inception through delivery.If you are interested in this Sr. Program Manager job Houston, Tx, please click APPLY NOW.
