A company is looking for a Sales Director to lead their sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target new clients and strategic partnerships

Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

7+ years of sales experience in consulting services or a similar industry, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role

Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing large-scale deals and managing strategic partnerships

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating high-performance sales teams

Deep understanding of solution selling and strategic alliances

Strong focus on achieving targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
