Requirements

• Must have 1 year of commission based sales experience
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person, over the phone, in text and email
• Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
• Outgoing, positive and friendly personality
• Be able to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the buying process, ensuring their satisfaction with their vehicle.
• Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features and benefits
• Act as the liaison between the customer and management to negotiate the terms acceptable to both parties
• Assist management in ensuring all vehicles are merchandised properly and are ready for sale
