A company is looking for a Regional Scheduler - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling tasks independently, including setting schedules, entering data, and communicating with providers and facilities
Coordinate daily and emergency schedule changes with designated physicians and maintain accurate staffing information
Train new scheduling employees and ensure adherence to scheduling policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of medical practices and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with multi-line phone systems
Flexible schedule with the ability to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed
