Responsible for the management of a variety of projects for corporate and/or strategic business unit (SBU) to achieve clinical and operational goals and objectives. Ensures alignment with Magellan's Corporate strategic objectives. Provides support through the planning and execution of these projects. Support may include establishing deadlines, assigning resources/responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

5+ years of experience in clinical operations, quality, network, or project management. Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Masters in Behavioral Health or like degree. Project management experience and knowledge of health services required. Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control and monitor project activities. Well developed interpersonal skills. Ability to perform basic financial analysis.
