A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a Partner-focused Customer Success Strategy to enhance product adoption and customer renewal
Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure effective delivery of Customer Success offerings
Track execution and report on activities, risks, and outcomes while collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Channel Management, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
Technical knowledge of Cybersecurity products; familiarity with Proofpoint products is advantageous
Experience in a partner-led or reseller-driven go-to-market model
Strong analytical skills for interpreting product usage data and customer health signals
Ability to build trust with partners and executive-level customer stakeholders
