What you will be doing:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and SAP/ERP functional teams to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Optimize data models and visualizations for performance, scalability, and usability.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with governance and compliance standards.
Provide subject matter expertise on BI visualization best practices and promote adoption of self-service reporting tools.
Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions.
Contribute to reporting strategy and integration with other tools supporting the SAP S/4HANA program.
Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to align reporting solutions with business needs.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are supported by data.
Deliver standardized KPI dashboards and reporting solutions within agreed project timelines.
What you must have:
5–10 years of professional experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
Proven expertise in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques).
Experience working in Pharma, Life Sciences, or manufacturing environments, ideally within SAP/ERP transformation programs.
Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, global program environment.
