  • Open Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.

POSITION SUMMARY : To coordinate a minimum three-table station to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest’s expectation. Provides food, beverage, service and hospitality that meet all Cooper Restaurants standards and procedures.

Employee Benefits

  • Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips
  • Weekly Pay
  • Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment

    • Company pays a portion of elected coverage

  • Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)

    • After 6 months – 5 days

  • After 1 year – Additional 5 days
  • 10 days max
  • Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
  • Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
  • Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
  • Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account.
