Your Skill Set :

  • Minimum of 15-20 years of on the job experience, service, install and troubleshooting.
  • Supervise and lead the HVAC Team
  • Manage and evaluate field technicians
  • Conduct 'Ride-a-Longs' with HVAC Team and provide feedback
  • Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary, all permits are obtained
  • Manage workload and schedules with Dispatcher to best utilize manpower and maximizes profits
  • Assist Technicians with issues while in the field
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Ensure all department operations are carried out and follow MA HVAC code and requirements
  • Meet or exceed all company goals
  • Expense reports, timesheets
  • Additional duties as needed

    • Desired Skills and Experience :

  • In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to effectively manage and design HVAC projects.
  • Ability to maintain accurate stock lists, manage inventory, and ensure timely availability of materials for projects.
  • Strong communication skills to stay connected with the comfort advisors, team members, clients, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify and solve issues quickly, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring installations meet industry regulations.
  • Great attitude and passion for serving and doing what's right at all times, holding team members and comfort advisors accountable.
  • Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and keep projects on schedule.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges in the HVAC field.
  • Strong skills for project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
