A company is looking for a Criminal Records Coordinator who will support unit operations through the review and fulfillment of public record information for background screening purposes.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor workflow and case volume, ensuring timely progression of work and tracking delayed cases
Review and submit statewide documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and company requirements
Research public record information and maintain professional relationships with court personnel and agencies for efficient information retrieval
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2-4 years of prior experience in a related role; experience in Criminal Justice or as a Paralegal is a plus
Intermediate proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
