Opportunity : Team CACI is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the recapitalization of an Intelligence Community customer's diverse network infrastructure, including CAN, LAN, CORE, and WAN networks. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex IT networks, including daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution. The successful candidate will provide high-level technical expertise and leadership to junior network engineers.
Develop and implement network support processes for CAN / LAN / WAN, ensuring compliance with standards. Design, analyze, and maintain complex IT networks, from requirements gathering to installation and troubleshooting. Evaluate network performance, consult on improvements, and make technology recommendations to senior management. Experience with large-scale enterprise networks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Responsibilities : Integrate and implement new technologies into systems, including transition and migration of corporate systems.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems.
Support escalation and communicate status to management and customers.
Support hardware and system problems and remain involved in resolution.
Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems involving applications, OS, hardware, or communications infrastructure.
Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components, implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Support hardware infrastructure site surveys, planning, and design.
Provide transition planning and support to accelerate delivery, reduce risks, and ensure service continuity.
Assist in migration of services and users between environments and platforms.
Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
Work individually and as part of integrated teams.
Apply advanced concepts to daily activities.
Assist Lead Services Engineers in their activities.
Perform tasks of lower-level technicians or specialists as needed.
Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of related work experience.
TS / SCI w / poly clearance.
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.).
Experience configuring and managing enterprise network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
Strong understanding of network security principles.
Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Desired :
Certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP, or similar.
Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practices.

Pay Range : Range : $68,400 - $143,700, influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education support. The salary range is a national average for this position.
