Job Title : Billing Specialist

Compensation : $45000 - $55000 / Year

Job Responsibilities :
- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of information within the system before submission.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and address any billing discrepancies.
- Record payments and maintain precise account records.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on billing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Associate's degree preferred, but not mandatory.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
