• Per diem 24-hour shifts
• NICU & newborn average daily census of 20
• Level 3 NICU facility
• NRP certification required
• Advanced therapies including HFOV, HFJV, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Pediatric surgery procedures excluding cardiac surgery
• Approximately 1,700 deliveries annually
• 95% newborn admission rate
