What You Can Expect
The Upstream Marketing Director will lead strategic marketing initiatives for the autonomous surgical orthopedic robotics portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with market needs throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with technical understanding of surgical robotics and orthopedic procedures. They will also be tasked with supporting the VP, Marketing, Autonomous Robotics with building the upstream function and developing upstream marketing excellence playbooks to be leveraged for future product developments and launches.
How You'll Create Impact
Define and execute upstream marketing strategies for orthopedic robotic solutions including but not limited to :
Execute above responsibilities in close collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance, and Downstream Marketing teams.
