Blue Rose Legacy Home Care is seeking an independent, outgoing, mission-driven, creative, goal-oriented Home Care Community Liaison to have an immediate impact on expanding and growing our services and fulfilling our mission to serve aging adults in the community.

As a Home Care Community Liaison, you will :
Identify ideal potential referral partners.
Initiate new relationships with potential referral partners and maintain positive relationships with current referral partners.
Design, develop, and drive cutting edge sales strategies designed to meet the needs of our referral partners and prospective clients in the community.
Facilitate the identification and assessment of future clients through the building of long-term relationships with referring facilities, clinics, community partners, and physicians.
Implement an effective marketing plan for achieving budgeted care, referral, and contact objectives.
Collaborate to improve marketing materials.
As a Home Care Community Liaison, you should have :
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
Two years demonstrated marketing / sales success is required.
Formal sales training is preferred.
Demonstrated healthcare sales experience is preferred including lead generation, educating the referral sources, persistent follow up and follow through on all leads and customer service follow up.
