The Project Manager position will encompass all aspects of design-build project management. This includes financial controls, material procurement, subcontractor management, risk mitigation and safety policy implementation for comprehensive energy projects. The Project Manager will work alongside the project development team. The Project Manager must provide leadership, guidance and hands-on participation to ensure all project implementation activity is completed in adherence to customer expectations and Centrica Business Solutions’ quality standards. The position must also ensure that all projects are installed in the scheduled timeframe while maintaining a high level of focus on safety, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

Our Project Managers contributions to the team include :

Project Development

• Supporting Development Team with review and provide input on the defined scope of work for projects being developed.
• Working with subcontractors and vendors to develop cost budgets and refine scopes of work.
• Supporting Sales and Development teams with Project Proposals as needed.

The travel required for this position is approximately up to 50% of the time and will be mostly regional.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-135,000 + bonus + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location and expectations during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, commission, or benefits.
