The Outside Sales Rep is primarily responsible for helping the wholesale
sales team achieve its objectives for the assigned territory. We are looking for two field sales people; one to cover the Northern part of Illinois, and another to cover the Southern part of Illinois.
Essential Functions:
Drive wholesale sales and meet revenue goals for your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular market visits and account surveys.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and report performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in weekly sales meetings that include activity results, plans for the upcoming sales period, and improvements to the marketing / sales funnel.
Ensure monthly account surveys via online menus, dispensary staff email collection, and in person store visits are completed.
Produce and analyze weekly and monthly performance results against plan.
Ensure all business-related expenses are reported on time and accurately, including submittal of invoices and receipts, monthly expense reports and purchase order requests.
May require occasional sales operations duties such as entering sales orders, entering inventory into systems, and following up on dispensary marketing and ad-hoc requests.
