About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality Assurance to lead and develop a high-performing QA team, with a strong emphasis on automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance across the company's suite of SaaS products and solutions. This role involves setting and maintaining high standards for quality and performance, developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy, and overseeing the creation and maintenance of testing processes. The VP will also be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage offshore teams, and ensure that quality is embedded in all processes and technology. Technical leadership, coaching, and a hands-on approach to software QA automation are essential. Candidates for the Vice President of Quality Assurance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior QA leadership role, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry. Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Katalon, as well as experience in managing offshore teams, are required. The role demands excellent understanding of SaaS applications, data, and security requirements, as well as proven skills in project management, leadership, and team development. A successful track record in driving continuous improvement and knowledge of finance industry regulations and standards are also advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of inspiring and mentoring a team, and will have a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
