We are on the lookout for a passionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team! As a Dental Assistant , you play a crucial role in our care team, supporting our mission of delivering excellent dental care to the community while helping us create memorable experiences for our patients. Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver compassionate care to every patient, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, guiding them through our processes.
- Take and manage x-rays (where applicable) and maintain patient charts.
- Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of treatment areas.
- Prepare the necessary tools and materials for dental procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure that procedure rooms are disinfected and organized.
- Assist dental staff during treatments, documenting patient information and necessary procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity by adhering to regulations and company policies.
- Participate in community outreach to promote positive dental health awareness.
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.X-ray certification is preferred depending on state regulations.Certified dental assistant credentials are also preferred.Fluency in Spanish is a plus, depending on the location.Commitment to maintain integrity in all tasks, complying with regulations and standards.We Offer :
