The Lead Learning Experience Designer works closely with IT leaders and team members to pinpoint and address knowledge and performance gaps through innovative learning solutions. In this role, you'll create, deliver, and scale impactful learning experiences tailored for IT Leadership Development and AI Fluency initiatives. Your contributions will enhance leadership capabilities within the IT organization and promote AI fluency among associates.
By utilizing performance consulting, adult learning principles, and instructional design best practices, the Lead Learning Experience Designer will develop engaging content in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across the organization, including executives, to drive ongoing improvement and measurable results. This role will also influence departmental strategy and make informed decisions regarding moderately complex to complex issues with minimal direction.

We utilize an interviewing technology called HireVue to streamline our hiring process and connect with you regarding your relevant skills and experiences at your convenience.
To ensure effective remote work, employees working from home must have internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. A wired, cable, or DSL connection is recommended, and satellite, cellular, or microwave connections require prior approval.
Employees residing in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi-weekly stipend for their internet expenses.
Humana will provide employees with necessary telephone equipment for their roles. Work should be conducted in a dedicated space free from distractions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
Travel may occasionally be required for training or meetings at Humana's offices.

Pay Range
This compensation range is a good faith estimate of starting pay for full-time employment. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
$71,100 - $97,800 per year.
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
