Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project duration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the HVAC industry, particularly with commercial projects.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication abilities to foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
