Job Description

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or public construction

Proven ability to manage $2M-$7M projects independently

Skilled in scheduling, look-aheads, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination

Experience with public projects (schools, fire stations, municipal work) preferred

Proficient in Procore or similar project management software

Excellent organizational and communication skills; proactive in field management

Based in Greater Boston, South Shore, or Central MA, with ability to travel to project sites

Team-oriented and safety-minded, able to represent the company professionally on site

A successful Superintendent should have :

A strong background in construction management within the business services industry.

Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Base salary : $130K-$140K (up to $150K for top candidates)

Assistant Superintendent level also considered at $100K-$120K
