A company is looking for a Partner Services Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing complex participant inquiries and suggest process improvements
Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for visibility and process improvement identification
Resolve cases related to eligibility, contributions, claims, overpayments, and general account maintenance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college work preferred
4-6 years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, or project management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically vlookup and pivot tables
Experience with Salesforce and client-facing roles preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required
