Home Health Aide

Location: Hollywood FL

Schedule: 2:30PM-8:30PM

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: 15.00, based on experience

Employment Type: [W2 / Independent Contractor]

Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision in the home

Support daily routines (morning/evening routine, meals, hygiene)

Assist with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation

Implement behavioral or therapeutic strategies as instructed (ABA, sensory support, visual schedules, etc.)

Engage the child in structured and unstructured developmental activities

Ensure a safe and calm environment

Communicate progress, concerns, or observations to parents regularly

Light household tasks related to the child (meal prep, tidying, organizing activity materials)

Qualifications Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Background check required

Ability to follow therapeutic plans and collaborate with parents/therapists

Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing demeanor

Reliable transportation
