A company is looking for a National Director of HelpLine Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HelpLine professionals, overseeing operations, resource development, and technology
Develop and implement annual planning and budgeting for HelpLine services, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
Collect and report HelpLine data to inform decision-making and support the development of referral resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
11 - 15 years of experience in the mental health or non-profit field, preferably in a call center or helpline environment
Strong management and organizational skills
Knowledge of call center management technologies and the mental health services landscape
Must pass a background check
