As an Armed Patrol Officer in a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This role requires carrying a firearm and driving as part of your duties. You will interact with staff and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Mon 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

Tue 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

Wed 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

Thur 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

Fri 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and thorough observation during patrols.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed during incidents.
