Key Responsibilities
Supports Project Managers with bids and project tracking
Organizes project files, processes payment requests, and monitors subcontractor insurance certificates
Assists in preparing reports and acquiring project permits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in a professional services firm preferred
Basic bookkeeping skills for office and client projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to create effective working relationships with diverse individuals
Strong organizational skills for maintaining filing systems
