GENERAL SUMMARY :
Performs a wide range of massage and body treatment services at The Spa at Bryan South Campus for therapeutic and restorative purposes. Consults with clients to screen them for underlying conditions and assists the client in selecting appropriate services. Functions within the framework of Bryan Medical Center policies and procedures and within the legal requirements of the state.

15. Creates a solid client base through client retention ensuring revenue goals are met.
16. Completes and submits necessary paperwork and client documentation, checks email regularly, and reads posted information on department bulletin boards.
17. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.

22. Provides customer service and sales support to retail shop clientele.
23. Assists in maintaining a professional, appealing, and orderly retail area including restocking of retail products.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
1. Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions and ability to operate a computer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or GED required. Current licensure as a Massage Therapist in the State of Nebraska required. Prior massage therapy experience preferred.
OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS :
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required within six (6) months of hire. Bryan Health recognizes American Heart Association (for healthcare professionals), American Red Cross (for healthcare professionals) and the Military Training Network.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
