ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assistant Manager Opportunity

The Moon Saloon is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team!

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assists General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards
• Assists the General Manager in the selection of Front of House employees
• Supports the training and development of restaurant employees
• Manages performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on Front of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles
• Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
• Promotes the business, builds sales, increases profits, ensures guest satisfaction, and brand integrity

Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a busy restaurant or retail environment
• Must be 18 or older to apply
