Neurosurgical team in Riverside California is seeking a PA or NP to join a busy and growing practice Qualified Candidates : Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner CertificationDay shift coverageSurgical First Assist experience is preferredOur levels of expertise include Intracranial : trauma brain tumors general vascular shunts and drains and stroke care when needed. Spine : comfortable with acute spine fracture mgt (cervical thoracic and LS spines) at a minimum the surgical treatment of unstable burst fx.s Neurosurgical management of Degenerative Spine disorders. (We have both Stryker Q-guidance and Medtronic Stealth O-arm neuronavigation systems). Our group has Complex / deformity (adult and pediatric) spine Functional (DBS) and Pituitary Neurosurgeons / strong ENT alliance with skull base specialists on board and are available for collaboration and joint management as needed. Job Description : Assist with rounding on inpatient service and coordinating care with other service linesFirst assist in ORAssist in outpatient setting with pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care Incentive / Benefits Package : Exceptional base salary plus bonusesComprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401kRelocation assistanceSalary range is 140K-180k
